Product shortlists
Your selected model numbers are saved in your browser so you can continue browsing. Use Clear in your selection tray, or clear your browser site data, to remove them. The shortlist does not contain your name or email.
Inquiry details
The inquiry form asks for your company, work email, destination market, quantities and project requirements. Kyaure uses the information you choose to send to discuss your inquiry and follow up on the project.
Email and downloads
When you use Review & Email Inquiry, the website prepares a brief in your browser. It is not sent until you send the message through your email service. Downloaded briefs are saved to your device. Attach artwork or other supporting files only when you are ready to share them.
Direct online submission
If direct submission is enabled, the form securely saves your inquiry on our website server in Germany and queues email notifications to our sales contacts using Alibaba enterprise email. A confirmation means the inquiry was saved; it does not guarantee immediate email delivery or that a person has read it. Failed email notifications are retried. An error means receipt has not been confirmed.
The website inquiry queue keeps records for up to 90 days. Restricted recovery backups rotate within a further 7 days. Correspondence retained in our business mailboxes is separate from the website queue. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal information.
Optional visitor statistics
With your permission, this site records page paths, general referral categories, device-size categories and clicks on inquiry, WhatsApp, email and download links. It does not send your form contents, names, email addresses, full URLs, search parameters or IP addresses to the statistics database. It does not identify individual people or visiting companies, and there is no advertising tracker or session recording.
Your choice is saved in local storage for up to 180 days. If you allow statistics, a random identifier is kept in session storage and refreshed after 30 minutes of inactivity to estimate browsing sessions. Records are stored on our website server for 30 days and are available only through protected administrator access. A button click is not confirmation that an inquiry was sent.
You can decline without affecting the website, or change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Declining stops future collection and clears the current statistics session identifier; it does not erase previously collected records, which expire after 30 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences keep collection off. Hosting providers may separately process technical request logs to operate and secure the site.
External services
Email and WhatsApp links open services that handle information under their own policies. No message is sent just by visiting this website.
